What We’re Looking for in Our Next Operations Director
We are seeking a passionate candidate with a bachelor’s degree and five years of experience in business administration, management, or a closely related field. A history of success in operations, program, and project management is essential, and experience with donor-advised funds is a plus. We value leadership, communication, problem-solving skills, and a passion to drive positive change.
The Operations Director will report to the Executive Director and play a pivotal role in steering the organization towards its goals. Responsibilities include spearheading program management efforts, monitoring project timelines, identifying and resolving bottlenecks, and ensuring timely delivery of new product features and process enhancements.
This individual will set product priorities and build compelling business cases for our Annual Plan while keeping up with donor-advised fund regulations and compliance requisites. Collaborating with our compliance team, they will be instrumental in formulating and maintaining policies and procedures that keep our operations, clients, and donors within regulatory boundaries and resolve potential regulatory violations.
Additionally, this position will establish a comprehensive reporting framework to track, analyze, and present key performance indicators and business outcomes to The Blackbaud Giving Fund Board, management, and stakeholders. These reports will highlight performance and provide insightful, data-driven recommendations, guiding our strategic direction and operational excellence.
This role is critical to creating impactful change within the nonprofit sector.
Benefits
